T206 Honus Wagner baseball card

From: R2,12823%

In October 2020, a T206 Honus Wagner card sold for $3.25 million – a new record for the highest price ever paid for a T206 Wagner. Considered to be the Holy Grail of trading cards, fewer than 200 were produced more than a century ago, and only a fraction of that number remain. The rarity and mystique that gives surviving Wagner cards their value stems from the demand Wagner made that his card’s production be halted because he didn’t like that it was included in packs of cigarettes sold to kids, or so the story goes. 🚬 – nj.com
